Protest
ProTest is a self-contained Biological Indicator for use in either Steam or Ethylene Oxide sterilization. Each unit is made up of a plastic container with cap, a crushable glass ampoule with recovery media, and a paper strip inoculated with spores. ProTest is available for healthcare and industrial use.
Prospore Ampoule
Prospore Ampoule is a self-contained Biological Indicator available for use in healthcare or industrial steam sterilization. It is intended for use as a challenge to steam sterilization at 121 °C. Prospore Ampoule is ideal for use in validating the sterilization of volumes of liquid that take a longer time to reach sterilizing conditions. Prospore Ampoule is also acceptable for use when placed in the sterilizer (non-liquid loads). No activation is required: just expose the unit in sterilizer and incubate afterwards.
ProSprore2 Self Contained
Prospore2 is a self contained Biological Indicator for use in either Steam or Ethylene Oxide(Eto) Sterilization. Each unit is made up of a plastic container with cap, a crushable glass ampoule with recovery media, and a paper disc innoculated with spores.

Industrial Use BIs
Standard BIs are easy to use and are available for industrial or healthcare use. However, some manufacturing situations require a modified or specialty Biological Indicator to assist in validating the sterilization process. Manufacturers and validation specialists require unique tools where spore strips and ampoules are not suitable because of size, packaging or carrier material. Raven offers a full line of Industrial Use BIs to address the unique requirements of the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

ProChemSSIs
Use ProChem SSIs to verify adequate steam penetration into every pack/pouch. The indicator ink changes from white to black during steam sterilization. Tests have shown that ProChem SSIs complete their color change at a time equivalent to or beyond the time needed to kill Biological Indicators (Data available upon customer request) Use according to instructions. ProChem SSIs are packaged 250 per box, with 16 boxes per case.
This product has received 510K notification for use as a steam integrator at 132 °C to 135 °C, and is manufactured in an FDA registered facility pursuant to FDA Quality System Regulations (QSRs). Use ProChem SSIs in conjunction with BIs as described in current AAMI Standards and Recommended Practices: Good Hospital Practice: Steam Sterilization and Sterility Assurance.
ProchemEO
Ethylene Oxide Integrator- Complete color change after sufficient exposure to four critical parameters: EO concentration, RH, Time, and Temperature.
Acceptable for use in 100% EO or one of the HCFC blends.

Dry Heat Indicator Labels
Dry Heat Indicator Labels (DHI Labels) clearly distinguish processed from unprocessed items when used as directed. DHI Labels received a 510K notification for use as a process indicator for Dry Heat Sterilization at 160 °C. DHI Labels are manufactured in an FDA registered facility pursuant to current Quality System Regulations (QSRs).
The labels are printed with a chemical indicator that changes from green to brown when exposed to Dry Heat conditions. This color change allows the technician to immediately distinguish processed from unprocessed items. Color change is non-reversible.
Eliminate personnel error and confusion by applying DHI Labels to all items to be sterilized. DHI Labels also can indicate sterilizer malfunction. DHI Labels are adhesive backed allowing them to easily be applied to items. Raven DHI labels are packaged 1000 to a roll.
